Does Playboy Ship Outside of the United States? 

Yes! Playboy.com ships to a wide array of international destinations through our shipping partner and importer of record Global-e. Please refer to the list below for a full list of supported countries.

 

To choose your shipping destination, just select the country where you would like to have your order shipped to from the dropdown menu in the top left corner. If you’re on a mobile device, click the three lines in the left hand corner to reveal the menu and then select your country. This will change the currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

Shipping Methods and Speeds

For most shipping destinations, we offer two shipping options: DHL Express or Standard. Standard shipments will be delivered by the local established courier. Please refer to the shipping speeds at checkout for more detailed shipping estimates. All international orders usually take 1-2 days to process before shipped.

Can I ship to an international PO box?

Sorry, we can’t ship to international PO boxes yet. If you entered an international PO box as your delivery address, then we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

Payments, Duties & Taxes

What currency do you accept?

By default, we display and collect payments in the local currency when you select your shipping country. You will be charged in the currency listed at checkout. Alternatively, you do also have the option to pay in USD. Just select USD using the dropdown menu in the country selector. 

 

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Duties, taxes (VAT), and other customs fees are dependent on the country you are shipping to. Deliveries to some countries are shipped without having to pay additional duties and/or taxes. This means you will not have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. In all other eligible shipping countries, you can choose to prepay at checkout or pay upon delivery. Check the list below to see which options are available in your country.

Payment Processing

Payments for international orders are processed by Global-e, our global fulfillment partner as Merchant of Record. Payment methods will vary depending on your shipping destination. All charges will be displayed on your banking statement as “Global-e / Playboy”. 

 

Customs

If you don’t opt to prepay taxes and fees at checkout, customs policies vary widely from country to country; so you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond Playboy's original delivery estimates. Playboy is not responsible for additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees.

 

Abandoned Purchases 

If the customer chooses not to accept the package and pay the taxes or fees, Playboy will decide to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the United States. As a result, all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases, you will receive no refund because the cost of returning the items is more than or equal to your purchase. If Playboy chooses not to accept the package back, it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund.

 

Returns

Visit our International Returns Portal to begin an international return. You will need your order number and email address associated with the order.  

 

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

We have a 30 day return policy on eligible products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may opt to return the item and we will refund your original purchase price (less the shipping and handling fees). To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. 

Please note, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Sexual Wellness Products - condoms, vibrators, lubes, lotions, candles, oils, or other similar products in this category.
  • Artwork
  • Men's & Women's underwear and lingerie
  • Masks
  • Hosiery
  • Bodystockings
  • Sex gifts, games, candy, tape, or bondage kits
  • Wigs
  • The Complete Centerfolds book, including Collector's Edition volumes
  • The Rabbit Head Chain by Dalmata

Playboy does not accept returns of items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions.

  • Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items that have been laundered.
  • Items with tags removed.
  • Items not returned in original packaging.
  • Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor, or perfume.
  • Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
  • Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
  • Items that are soiled or stained.

What if my product arrived defective?

Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case that there is a damaged/defective item, missing item (including any components), or an incorrect (or non-conforming) item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone or email is made regarding the damaged/missing/incorrect items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct, conforming and received.
